Montageanleitung für PU-Wandpaneele

Benötigtes Material:
• PU-Wandpaneele
• Maßband oder Zollstock
• Bleistift
• Säge (z. B. Handsäge, Stichsäge oder Kreissäge)
• Montagekleber (wir empfehlen den SMP Montagekleber von Würth, erhältlich bei uns)
• Spachtel oder Klebepistole
• Reinigungstuch

Schritt 1: Vorbereitung

Stelle sicher, dass der Untergrund sauber, trocken und staubfrei ist. Falls erforderlich, reinige die Wand mit einem trockenen Tuch oder einem Staubsauger.

Schritt 2: Ausmessen und Zuschneiden
1. Messe die Wandfläche aus und übertrage die Maße auf die PU-Wandpaneele.
2. Schneide die Paneele mit einer geeigneten Säge (z. B. Handsäge, Stichsäge oder Kreissäge) auf die gewünschte Größe zu.

Schritt 3: Kleber auftragen
1. Trage z.B. den SMP Montagekleber von Würth in mehreren Punkten oder Linien auf der Rückseite der Paneele auf.
2. Achte darauf, den Kleber gleichmäßig zu verteilen, um eine gute Haftung zu gewährleisten.

Schritt 4: Montage der Paneele
1. Drücke die PU-Wandpaneele fest an die Wand und halte sie einige Sekunden in Position.
2. Überprüfe, ob die Paneele gerade ausgerichtet sind.
3. Falls notwendig, korrigiere die Position innerhalb der offenen Kleberzeit.

Schritt 5: Fertigstellung
• Lass den Kleber gemäß Herstellerangaben aushärten.
• Reinige eventuelle Klebereste mit einem Tuch, bevor sie eintrocknen.

Hinweis: Für eine optimale Haftung und ein sauberes Endergebnis empfehlen wir, den Würth SMP Montagekleber zu verwenden. Dieser ist bei uns erhältlich.
